Menopause and Hot Flashes-My biggest struggles with menopause and hot flashes

To those who have read my story and to those who have not (click here). I consider myself to have a unique case of menopause and hot flashes. Going through this “change of life” as it is called has altered my lifestyle considerably. Not recognizing any of the symptoms a head of time left me clueless as to what was going with me. I went through this change at a young age, younger than the norm. Oh, by the way 23 years old.

My biggest struggles with menopause and hot flashes, was the night sweats and the hot flashes. What messed me up with those two main symptoms was,  the hot flashes they would do an automatic heat surge to my entire body at any given time. It didn’t matter what I was doing or where I was at, it would hit my body suddenly. I would get real nervous and frantic and I would be embarrassed too!

The next one was the night sweats. Oh my God, they were bad. I would get in a week’s time 10 hours of sleep. I would wake up though the night between 5-8 times a night, WET! My night clothes would be wet, my sheets, and my pillows. I would just have a fit in the night! I would wake up in the morning exhausted. Just tired!

But through this experience I can proudly say that I got my life back! How did I do it? The product name Vita Woman, was highly recommended to me. I got phenomenal results in a short period of time 2 months! I strongly urge you to get this all natural women’s supplement for menopausal and PMS symptoms. This product addresses all of the biggest struggles that a woman encounters when coping with menopause and hot flashes.

You can have an exciting and enjoyable lifestyle while living with menopause. Get your life back today!

  1. Hi Ann,
My Mom went through menopause early also. She had cervical cancer years ago and they gave her a full hysterectomy. She had a tough time with it especially in the beginning. Now she is at the age where she would have already gone through the change so she is not so bad now. From what I hear it is really rough when you go through menopause early. It is great that you are helping other women through your personal experience, keep up the great work!
