Having a good and quality product makes the difference when it comes to the quality of results you will get.

Here is other finding to keep in mind. Be care of excessive dosages. The Good Housekeeping Institute (TGHI) found that found that one third of supplements in stores are sold in dosages exceeding the recommended levels. This is the example:
Black Cohosh being sold in 1,000 mgs and Soy Isoflavones available in 125 mgs.  

It is extremely important to use a good quality product to get the full results as you cope with your menopause and hot flashes. Do your research and find out as much information from a medical professional, and some basic information on your own with your computer. (google search).
