How bad is it for a woman to know she has breast cancer?

Menopause alone is a very scary thing for a woman to face in her mid life age. But to add to that is for her to be told that she has breast cancer. She is really getting double for her trouble! Women, are already mentally, emotionally and physically drained just from the “change of life” process.

However, menopause itself is not associated with an increase risk of developing cancer.There are various drugs that can increase or even decrease the risk of cancer. With this being said it is advised that you consult with your doctor to avoid these risk and to at least be made aware of what they are to better understand your severity of menopause and hot flashes.
