Menopause and Arthritis-Why do I have joint pain?


Joint PainWhen a Woman is going through the stages of menopause there are so many concerns that are known and unknown.
Experiencing the “change of life” can be an experience for most women who don’t have a clue as to what is happening with them. The many symptoms they are faced with can be devastating. 
Joint pain can be related to arthritis with women who are menopausal. Menopause and Arthritis does go together. It is very common in women who are perimenopausal. It can make some of the most easy daily tasks hard to cope with. This is due to the hormones  being out of balance.
There are three symptoms that interact with menopause and arthritis:
  • Osteoporosis
  • Muscle Loss
  • Fatigue
The key to a solution of the above symptoms is to combat them with two easy and simple steps.
  • Exercise
  • DietExcercise
These two combinations will increase your endurance and will give your joints better support. When exercise is implemented it will involve a system of doing aerobics, stretching, and strength training. This will add to your flexibility, muscle support, and circulation.

  1. Arthritis leads to a characteristic limitation of movement which varies from joint to joint. The more inflamed the capsule, the greater the limitation of movement. Whatever the cause of arthritis the pattern of limitation of movement is the same. For more info visit Our Website.
