Menopause Low Energy-Why I am I so tired?

Menopause brings on so many symptoms. What is one of the worst symptoms that you had to cope with during menopause? I have to say from my experience the worst was having low energy with my menopause.
There were times when I wanted or should I say had plans to do certain things for the day and they just didn't happen.

 Can be defines as not having the strength to do things, such as being mobile, and carrying out daily normal task.You  have a steady feeling of being weak, and sleepy. You are not motivated to perform anything that requires a lot of time or strength. You are just tried in general.

Symptoms of  Low Energy

You have to realize that having low energy with menopause cause physical and mental stress. The physical will involve some drowsiness and going to sleep will help. The mental symptoms are just as bad. You find yourself very irritable, cranky, lack of concentration, hard to focus on important matters. Your stress level is high, your memory lapes.
