Menopause and Hot Flashes- Has me stressed out

First we know that there are many reasons why you are stressed out with menopause and hot flashes.

Here are some reasons why:
  • Hormone Fluctuations
  • Uncomfortable Symptoms
  • Hot Flashes
  • Night Sweats
  • Lack of Rest
  • Joint Pain
You must realize that some stress is normal to have. But when you are coping with menopause and hot flashes your level of stress changes. You don’t want to have too much chronic stress which can lead to other health challenges such as gastrointestinal conditions, headaches, anxiety  attacks, and depression.

There are some practical ways to reduce your stressed out ways with menopause and hot flashes by implementing some of these matters: exercise, eat well, relax get enough sleep, drink warm milk and talk to a close friend or family member.

As always it is recommended to speak with your doctor so that he or she is aware of you being stressed out with menopause and hot flashes to provide you with the best recommendations for your condition.
