When you are going through menopause most women will have a weight gain of about 10 to 15 pounds during their menopausal years. Depending on what stage of menopause you are in makes a difference as to how fast you will experience a fast weight gain. This would be early menopause. With perimenopause your weight gain will come gradually about a pound a year.
Where do you gain weight at first?
You don’t have to think it is your fault.Because menopause is a natural process that women go through in their mid age life. It is all part of the package. (if you will) Keep in mind that as you enter the early stages of menopause maintaining weight becomes more and more difficult, and losing weight becomes almost impossible.
