Menopause and Hot Flashes-Can my marriage be fixed?

 Part 1
When your husband is involved with you as you experience tMarriage2he various symptoms and changes of menopause, first what is important for the woman to have is someone who is supportive and who is very patient, understanding and one who is going to add to her experience and not take away from the important matters that a women needs during this time in her life.
We know that menopause is a time when a woman’s body is changing in her mid life. There are many questions that she will ask herself in private. Especially when she has noticed a change in her marriage. In fact, her spouse may not be aware of the changes that are going on with her with menopause. Even the most common symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and night sweats. The spouse may think that everything is normal. But  when we think of it in reality a woman can feel drained mentally and physically.
In order to know if your marriage can be fixed with menopause and hot flashes. There are many important aspects that the spouse will need to put in place. Because this is a time in a woman’s life when she needs the utmost support from her spouse.  There is preparation that are essential for your spouse  making him or her aware of your menopause and hot flashes.Positive input from your spouse. Explaining the hormone changes that you are experiencing with menopause and hot flashes. Also a host of other concerns for your spouse to know and have knowledge of.
