Menopause and Heartburn-Am I having a heart attack?

Menopause is a stage that women go though at mid age. SomeHeartburn of us may have heard our mother and grandmother refer to it as the “change of life”. However, it is a natural process and it is a part of every woman’s life and it is also defined as the stopping of her menstrual period for 12 months.

Knowing that heartburn as to do with your digestive system, this is a very good reason to build a good wellness plan with excellent nutrition. Once you have implemented a good diet you will avoid a lot of frustration of not feeling good after you eat a meal. It is always advised to make an appointment to see your doctor and take a checklist with you to address the digestive problems you are having with menopause and heartburn.
