Menopause is a stage that women go though at mid age. Some

Menopause and Dry Mouth-Understanding more
During menopause your body undergoes a dramatic change
in various areas. The main change is with your hormone levels of decreased estrogen and progesterone. This causes a side effect of night sweats. The changing of your hormones will affect the salivary glands. Women who are in postmenopausal and menopause will have a feeling of persistent dry mouth. With the persistence of dry mouth can cause a problem of bad breath. Your taste can be bitter. Why does this happen? It is caused by the drying of the mucus membranes. Then there is the dryness of nasal passages and the experience of a dry vagina that women who are in menopause will go through.
Based on the severity level of your menopause your dry mouth symptoms may or may not be as bad as another women’s experience.Keep in mind that menopause and dry mouth are symptoms that go together for most women who experience the “change of life”.
It is always advised to make an appointment with your doctor to recommend the proper nutritional product supplement. Providing your physician with a checklist of the various symptoms of menopause and dry mouth will allow him/her to give you the best advice for your condition. Be sure to do a follow-up to know how to to gain self improvement solutions and goals that you are trying to achieve.

Male Menopause Symptoms-What are they? Part 1
Is it just women who have menopause?
I must start off saying that we all have heard of menopause with women. However, when it comes to saying that men go through menopause too it sounds odd to know of such a condition for men to experience. No it is something that does exist with men more often then what we think. Now as far as the symptoms are with male menopause, it is not exactly clearly defined. But the list of what some of the known symptoms are as follows:
-
Sexual dysfunctions
-
Depression
-
Weight gain
-
Mood changes
-
Fatigue
All of these symptoms for male menopause are in relationship to the symptoms for women menopause. Although there are many medical experts have treated the “change of life” for men with testosterone hormone therapy, the value of male hormone therapy remains controversial, because there are a few lengthy studies about the effectiveness and the benefits to the hormone therapy.
It is highly recommended that you speak with you medical professional to give you the best solutions for your condition.
*I need to hear from you, feedback from men on this post as well as women. It is information much needed to raise your awareness on this subject. To do so leave your comments, questions and suggestions below this post. Your expressions are important to me.

Menopause Depression- Why am I so sad?
Am I just a sensitive person?
As I came into full blown menopause, I was in a sad and bad mood more than often. At first I thought it was just learning of myself as a real sensitive person. But as I went through this “change of life” and discussing this with my doctor I found out that it had to do with my menopause. The change of my emotional level was due to the change in my hormones. I was in depression with my menopause. Then I had to think of me not getting good sleep with these changes. I began to understand more why I would be so exhausted when I would wake up from my sleep. I was very irritable and anxious. I realized that it is hard to be positive and carry on with your daily task when your body is craving sleep and you are having these emotional roller coaster rides.
I needed a new attitude
I was relieved to know that after talking to my doctor, that it wasn’t just me! I began to look at middle age changes with the mindset of realizing that I am getting older. I had to stand toe-to-toe with this fact. It took a lot of soul searching and a honest look at how I felt about being middle age.All I know is that this is going to be and is a time in my life that is full of possibilities and it is what it is! It is all apart of the process.
